Mental Health Support
for when you need it most

Couselling with India Hutchison
My aim is to provide a warm and collaborative space where you feel genuinely heard and supported.
Together, we’ll untangle your narrative, facilitating meaningful reflection and insight, and from this, build the tools and confidence to evoke lasting, positive change
Integrative Counselling
I am an integrative counsellor, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor my work to your individual needs.
I specialise in Person-Centred, Solution-Focused, and Transpersonal Therapy, blending these methods to provide the most effective support for you.
More about how I work
Sometimes we reach a point where we know something has to change — but it’s hard to know where to start.
Together, we’ll explore your experiences, uncover fresh insights, and take steady, meaningful steps forward.
I’m an integrative counsellor with a dedicated focus on personal therapy. My aim is to provide a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental environment where you feel genuinely heard and supported. In our work together, we’ll explore whatever you need — your emotions, experiences, challenges, and hopes. I’ll be alongside you as we make sense of your story, uncover meaningful patterns, and move toward personal growth.
I support clients facing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, bereavement, childhood trauma, neurodiversity, relationship difficulties and feeling 'stuck'. My approach is adaptable and responsive, tailored to meet you where you are and help you navigate these challenges with clarity and confidence.
Whether through self-reflective exercises, mindfulness, or creative expression, I strive to make our sessions engaging and relevant to you. I also incorporate solution-focused techniques, offering practical tools to help you move forward with confidence and create lasting change.
I’ve worked in the NHS and with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, each bringing their own unique stories. My goal is to walk alongside you — every step of the way — so you can deepen your self-understanding, reconnect with your resilience, and move toward the life you envision.
Training, qualifications & experience
I’m a registered member of the BACP and have experience working with clients across a range of settings, including the NHS, IAPT services, and low-cost counselling organisations.
I trained at The Awareness Centre in London, where I completed a Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy.

Introductory call
I always recommend a free 15-minute introductory phone call.
This gives us a chance to see whether we’d be a good fit working together. I’ll have a few questions for you, and it’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have.
It’s important to find the right therapist, someone you feel comfortable with, and this step can help with that.
Session
Each session is approximately 50 minutes and takes place online via Zoom.
I ask that you find a space that is quiet and confidential so that you feel comfortable speaking openly. Where possible, I also recommend using a laptop, as it can help the sessions feel more immediate and grounded.
While I always recommend weekly sessions, I do also offer bi-weekly.
Fee
£50 per session, £65 for evening sessions.
